With 30 years of experience under my belt, I have seen a lot of change in the telecommunications industry.  Now phone systems are "in the Cloud" and local phone vendors are almost extinct.  Gone are the days of the local technician coming onsite to fix your on-premise PBX.  This has left a gap in the process and NIC is filling that gap.
